Leaf, Realtors has moved its office!
We are thrilled to have a space that will help us serve our clients better. We’re located in the middle of the historic village of Oldwick at 66 Old Turnpike Road in the village of Oldwick in the heart of Tewksbury Township. This means increased visibility for our listings to visitors to the Oldwick/Tewksbury area, as well as a place to meet clients, close title, or simply take a bathroom/snack break on buyer tours.
Not only is the location convenient for our seller and buyer clients, but the building also fits our company’s “green” ethic. It’s a Timberpeg barn-style structure designed by local architect, Edward O’Brien, AIA, that takes advantage of the scenic views from it’s location — adjacent to a bucolic Farmland Preserved property and across the street from the entrance to the Cold Brook Preserve. The building is also thoughtful in its functionality. Its systems include geothermal heating and cooling and electricity-generating solar panels, and it’s energy-efficient because of the high R-value insulating panels installed in the construction of the building. The building is barrier free in its compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We are hosting various open house parties throughout autumn to welcome visits from our friends, but we would love to see you any time you feel like stopping by 66 Old Turnpike Road to say hello!
